Returns
~ Purchases may be returned for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method (less original shipping cost which is non-refundable).
~ Items must be in the same condition, with no signs of wear or use, & in the original packaging with tags still attached.
~ Returns & exchanges may be made either in-store or by mail.
~ Returns & exchanges by mail must be initiated via email to returns@myseasprite.com within 14 days of delivery & must be postmarked & shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
~In-store returns must be made within 20 days of purchase or delivery.
~ We are unable to refund or exchange earrings for pierced ears, hats, customized items, discounted or sale items, & gift cards.
~ You are responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as the original cost of shipping. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
~ Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned item. We will notify you once your return has been processed. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your cred card statement, depending on your credit card company.
