Started in 2003 by sisters Sarah and Molly Rubin, Rubyzaar believes in sustainable and fairtrade practices.

Based in Brooklyn, NY and Bangkok, Thailand, the sisters collaborate directly with the artisans who help create their products and, in fact, have been partnering with the same family-owned artisan collectives since the company’s founding.

Sarah and Molly’s goal of preserving traditional craftsmanship, farming techniques, and sustainable manufacturing is helped along with every purchase of one of Rubyzaar’s beautiful products.
